NSA serves on Metro’s Communications Bench. Currently, NSA is engaged on a 30-month effort for Metro’s Long Range Transportation Plan. NSA’s roles are targeted outreach support and special events throughout the nine sub-regions of LA County, and testing Metro’s messaging through interviews and surveys. NSA launched a pop-up booth effort to increase Metro’s reach to the underserved and disabled communities of Los AngelesCounty.
Marketing / Events
Since 2013, NSA has been the de facto community outreach, event and marketing arm for L.A. Care Health Plan, the largest public health care plan in the country, with over 2-Million member. Supporting LA Care with over 35 community-based events per year, community organization and stakeholder engagement as well as other marketing services.
Marketing / Branding Strategy
Development, planning, and implementation branding strategies for Exposition Park, a 160-acre state park containing museums, gardens, and sports stadiums with over 3 million annual visitors. NSA set out to elevate the Park as a prime destination with a cohesive look via creation of a new logo, brand book and branding strategy and prioritization for the branding of park assets. NSA provided a workshop for the park tenants including the implementation of brand strategy.
