North Star Alliances CEO and Economic Development Leader Announce New Management Consulting Firm

LOS ANGELES, CA | September 12, 2018

Los Angeles-based Biltmore Group, LLC to focus primarily on business strategy, economic development, and program implementation.

Ernesto Morales, Chief Executive Officer of community engagement and marketing firm North Star Alliances, and Jesse Torres, former California Small Business Advocate and Deputy Director of Small Business and Innovation for Governor Brown’s Office of Business and Economic Development, announce the formation of Biltmore Group, LLC (BG), a management consulting firm in Downtown Los Angeles.

BG will focus on the strategic areas of economic development, business strategy, revenue optimization and growth, stakeholder management and program implementation. The firm will utilize a 360-degree approach to identify and implement solutions that help clients accomplish their business goals and maximize return on investment.

Morales will serve as Chief Executive Officer for the firm and Torres will serve as Chief Strategy Officer. Their leadership team is joined by accomplished operations executive and firm shareholder Chris DeGroof, who will serve as Chief Operations Officer for BG.
